Front Grocery Store is committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains when and how items purchased from our store may be returned or refunded.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items, including chilled beverages, fresh foods and any item past its labeled use-by date.
- Tobacco products, lottery tickets and gift cards.
- Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges are processed in-store, subject to product availability.
